I being your most loyal, abiding subject of India, living in Colony of Hongkong China, having suffered innocently from

some illegal action of the Sanitary authorities of this

Colony while serving in this Hospital donartment, as I have

not received the treatment similar to other employees of this

department, as many of the employees have been punished

several times and fined various sums of money of $1.00 $2.00

$3.00 $5.00 and $10.00 for neglect of their duties &c but

are still working at their posts, while I myself cm never

been punished or fined oven a single conner cent for neglect

of duty, during my service in this deportment, but am now

dismissed innocently the full details of the cer ere hereto

attached.

Therefore I most humbly end respectfully beg to lay this

my grievance before you, and beg of you to convey it to his

Majesty the King and to all members of the Cabinet, for your

and their favourable consideration and to reverse my illecel

dismissel, which will be a generous grant for me from Their

Majesties, of the occassion of DFHLI DARBAR, as well as it

has been given to other people of India, lest year.

Please pardon me for my having trespassed on your valuable

time.
